So the other day I read some of a book at my friends house. It was about lucid dreaming. Well, I read the back cover and flipped through a couple of pages. The information I did read was interesting. It was about how to control your dreams. I have been having nightmares lately. My dad says it is because I to watch ghost hunting shows. That is not it because my dreams don't involve ghosts, apparitions or paranormal activities. Mostly my dreams involve me not being able to outrun big rolling boulders. Another one has me trying to catch large concrete balloons. They are just too big for me to get my arms around. It is so frustrating. Mostly I guess that is the theme. My dreams are frustrating. I know that some of it comes from the stress I have at work. Let me amend that, it isn't stress per se, it is frustration with the idiots I have to speak to and the stagnation of my job. ugh, just writing about it has made my chest tighten and a scowl to take over my face. Anyway, I will write more later.
