Hey Everyone, welcome to this group. Just a shoutout for those to introduce themselves: Tell us what your favorite show is and or what the best show you ever saw was. If you want to know of any obscure shows, I have quite a bit of knowledge about rare musicals.

I'm Jeremy and I am the owner of this group. I am an actor in the Vancouver BC community. My favorite shows include RENT, Parade, The last 5 years, Wicked, Songs for a New World, Tick Tick Boom. Like I said I know lots of shows. Best one I saw was RENT 7 years ago at the Vogue Theatre in Vancouver. The first tour to come to Vancouver.

Beginning to think i was alone here!!
I have also seen Rent and love the score. My other high ranking favs are jekyll & Hyde, Lion King and Civil war. Id have to say sondhiem is my fav writer but theres just too much to write about!!
What shows have you done? Any professional work?
As im in England i get to go to the West End quite a bit but we dont really get the obscure musicals over here.

Congrats on that show Nikki it is AMAZING!!! Maury Yeston is a great composer... barret's song has to be one of the greatest but unfortunately the most difficult songs out there!

Unfortunately no professional work... yet! mwa ha ha.... anyways.... shows i have done... Cabaret, The Robber Bridegroom, Working, Once Upon A mattress, The king and I, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolored Dream Coat, Fiddler and the Roof, an original script called Darn That Dream (gershwin music and other circa 1940s stuff) and will soon be doing Into the Woods.

Love into the woods!!!! music is brilliant!! i wanted to be the witch myself. Ive not done much proffessianal work, couple of small film parts, few chorus lines but i dont want to anymore. took the fun out of it. prefer amdram, much more laid back and when you know what youre doing they leave you to your own devices.

Hey, I did the junior Into the Woods at our school ! Unfortunately, our school isn't that greatly equipped with actors when it comes to drama, so I had to play Jack, even though I am female. >_> <_ < It still turned out brilliantly, though ! My favourite musical of all time is The Phantom of the Opera--cannot WAIT for the movie. . . I swear I love that musical more than life. . .but I hope to be trying out for Brigadoon later on this year. It should be fun !
